VastuLens™ is operated by VastuLens LLP. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simple change of mind. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@vastulens.ai from the address you used at checkout, with your order or payment reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and approve eligible requests without asking for a reason. Payments are collected through our gateway, Razorpay, and refunds are issued back through it to the original payment method.

Failed analyses

If an analysis fails for technical reasons, the report credit is not consumed and is returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact support@vastulens.ai and we will restore it.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and reach the original payment method, UPI account or card typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
