VastuLens is operated by Karthikeyan Natarajan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simple change of mind. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@vastulens.ai and we will help you through it. Paddle also handles billing questions and returns — see the Paddle Refund Policy.

Failed analyses

If an analysis fails for technical reasons, the report credit is not consumed and is returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact support@vastulens.ai and we will restore it.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
